BDO has undertaken financial and tax due diligence for TriSpan in support of its acquisition of a majority stake in Rosa’s Thai Café, the fast growing UK-based Thai restaurant group.
The investment was made through TriSpan’s Rising Stars fund and its funding will help Rosa's continue its roll out strategy.
A large proportion of our work was focused on helping TriSpan establish the current and mature EBITDA run rates of the business.
