Acquisition of a North-American division of Nokia by Synchronica plc

BDO acted as reporting accountant on the acquisition of Nokia's Operator Branded Messaging North American division by Synchronica plc, a developer or mobile push e-mail technology listed on AIM and TSX-V (a Canadian stock exchange market). Funds raised in both markets were USD15 million.  This follows from BDO supporting Synchronica plc on the acquisition of a Canadian business iseemedia Inc. and its admission to the TSX-V in 2010 and acquisition earlier that year of Colibria AS, Norwegian business.
