BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services on the acquisition of All Seasons Energy Limited by Aira Home UK Limited ("Aira").
Aira, a company founded by Vargas Holdings and headquartered in Stockholm, provides next generation clean energy-tech solutions to tackle CO2 emissions. Established in 2022, Aira's team consists of 200 experts and during 2023 will launch in Italy, Germany and the UK.
All Seasons Energy is a recognised UK installer of efficient and renewable heating and power solutions, including heat pumps and solar panelling. The business carries out installations under the government's ECO scheme, in addition to private funders.
