Dominvs Group Ltd recently announced that it had completed the acquisition of Compatriot Holdings Ltd whichs own the Arbor City Hotel. The hotel provides 4 star accommodation for guests wishing to stay in close proximity to the City.
Dominvs Group is a family owned private equity business which invests in hotels and real estate opportunities. This transaction adds to its Hospitality division, which builds and manages hotels in key locations across the UK.
BDO carried out financial and tax due diligence on the hotel owner/operator company.
