Acquisition of Carling Group by Fishawack Group Limited

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to Fishawack Group Limited on the acquisition of Carling Group of Companies.            

Fishawack is one of the largest, independent, global medical communications specialist providing medical communication services to 15 of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies. As a global group, Fishawack has offices in the USA, Switzerland and the UK, employing 231 staff.           

Carling Group of Companies comprises of creative agency Carling Communications and medical education shop MCME Global. Carling Communications is the first agency in the Fishawack Group to be focussed entirely of healthcare marketing.
