Acquisition of Cording Real Estate Group by OROX Europe

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence in respect of the acquisition by Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) S.A. of a majority stake in Cording Real Estate Group, an investment and real estate asset management company operating in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. 

The transaction was announced on 18 October 2017 and will be made by Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) S.A’s subsidiary, OROX Europe. It is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete in Q4 2017. BDO UK worked closely with its offices in Germany and the Netherlands throughout the due diligence process.
