Acquisition of Early Birds SAS by AIM listed Attraqt Group Plc

BDO has advised Attraqt Group Plc on its acquisition of Early Birds SAS.

ATTRAQT Group PLC (ATTRAQT) provides visual merchandising, site search and product recommendation technology. The principal activity of the Company is the development and provision of e-commerce site search, merchandising and product recommendation technology.

The acquisition will combine Attraqt’s data led-search and merchandising capabilities with Early Bird’s ability to empower learning algorithms in order to orchestrate and personalise the entire shopper journey.
