Acquisition of GreenGenUK Limited and GreenGenS&R Limited by Hometree

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Hometree Marketplace Limited on its acquisition of GreenGenUK Limited and GreenGenS&R Limited.

Hometree is a residential energy services company on a mission to help millions of UK homeowners look after their homes and transition to low-carbon living. The Group offers renewable installations, finance, servicing and maintenance for home energy hardware.

GreenGenUK Limited and GreenGenS&R Limited specialise in the installation, servicing and repair of solar products, air source heat pumps and battery storage solutions in the South-West of England.
