Van den Borne is a Netherlands based wholesaler specializing in water pumps and presuurised irrigation systems for large scale agricutlural and sporting installations.
Van den Borne acquired KAR UK, the UK’s largest wholesaler of irrigation equipment, with financial and tax due diligence to support the transaction provided by BDO.
