Acquisition of Landform Surveys Limited by Lucion Services Limited

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to support the acquisition of Landform Surveys Limited by Lucion Services Limited. 

Founded in 1994, Landform Surveys, which is based in Gateshead, provides a range of surveying services, working across a variety of sectors in the built environment.  This strategic acquisition of Landform Surveys strengthens Lucion’s capabilities in multiple sectors whilst also expanding its Northern presence.
