BDO has provided financial due diligence and tax structuring advice to Bridges Fund Management on the acquisition of Skills Training UK Limited.
Skills Training UK is a national training provider with a proven track record in working with major employers and other key stakeholders to upskill existing workforces and train new recruits. They design and deliver tailored levy and non-levy funded apprenticeships, traineeships, study programme and other vocational courses, which create positive destinations for 16-24-year-olds and other adult learners.
The business is in line with one of Bridges core investment themes to support future skills with Skills Training UK Limited looking to tackle the growing need for skills and employability training among young people and adults.
