Acquisition of Stucco Media Limited by Market Tech Holdings

BDO provided scoped financial due diligence and certain acquisition support to Market Tech Holdings in connection with its purchase of 100% of the issued share capital of Stucco Media Limited for a total consideration of up US$34.5m, subject to adjustments relating to working capital and other matters.             

Stucco Media Limited is an Israeli based e-commerce business focused on marketing and comparative services through its algorithmic marketplace technology for online retailers and international marketplaces.
