Acquisition of Turnberry Holiday Park by Bridge Leisure Parks Ltd

Bridge Leisure Parks Limited (backed by King Park Capital LLP) have purchased, by way of cash consideration, the trade and assets of Turnberry Holiday Park (carved out of Craigielands Leisure Limited). Turnberry Holiday Park is a long-established freehold holiday park located on the coast in Ayrshire, close to the world famous golf course and spread over 26 acres. Debt funding for the transaction was provided by Barclays.
