AIM IPO of Brickability Group plc

BDO was the reporting accountant on the AIM IPO of Brickability Group plc.

Brickability is a leading supplier of facing bricks, blocks, roofing tiles, slates and other building products to the construction industry.

It raised IPO proceeds of £57.6m before expenses, of which c£11m was settled through the conversion to equity of existing loan notes.  The proceeds will be used to de-leverage the Group which will significantly reduce its annual interest charge and create a stronger balance sheet from which to pursue growth.

Brickability's market cap on IPO was £150m.
