AirHop, one of the UK’s leading providers of trampoline-based leisure facilities, is to expand from its current two UK sites to 20 sites across Europe over the next three years following its recent debt-raising, advised by the BDO M&A leisure team.
Established in 2013, AirHop currently operates sites in Guildford and Bristol. The Bristol site is the world’s largest indoor trampoline park. The roll-out facility will help AirHop increase turnover to over £40 million by 2020.
Harry Stoakes, Director, BDO Leisure team, said: “The UK leisure market is performing very well and stand-out brands such as AirHop will continue to thrive. AirHop’s trampoline parks provide a good-value, weather-proof, fun and healthy experience for all age groups. I look forward to seeing more of their sites opening.”
"The Santander facility will help us fulfil our growth ambitions. BDO were instrumental in sourcing the financing and guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend Harry and the team."
