“We found it a pleasure working with the BDO Business Services team, being able to draw on their deep sector and in-depth M&A knowledge with access to potential buyers meaning they understood our business model well, thus communicating robustly the investment story to help identify the right party. They were always “hands-on” and offered clear and efficient guidance throughout the process to ensure their proactive approach delivered a positive outcome for all shareholders with minimal disruption to the wider business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their business.”
