IPO of Zattikka plc

Zattikka plc, a social media gaming company, floated on AIM, raising approximately %A312.6 million. On admission to AIM, Zattikka plc acquired four companies on three continents (Expedite 5, Inc., Hattrick Holdings Limited, Concept Art House, Inc. and Sneaky Games, Inc.).
