Issue of listed bond by Futures Housing Group

BDO acted for Futures Housing Group in connection with the issue of their £70m bond.

Futures Housing Group has ambitious plans to house and support many more people across the East Midlands, and in order to support these plans raised a £70m in financing through issuing a new bond. 

Futures previously raised £200m from a bond issue in 2019 which was used to help it increase its stock of homes to over 10,300.
