Kadans Science Partner has added 5-10 Brandon Road, King’s Cross, London, UK to its Pan-European portfolio. 5-10 Brandon Road is currently c.30,000 sq ft of industrial units with planning consent for a new mixed use 114,000 sq ft commercial centre.
This acquisition establishes Kadans in The Knowledge Quarter London, a global centre of excellence for science & technology innovation.
With the acquisition of 5-10 Brandon Road, London, the Kadans portfolio now comprises of over 45 buildings and numerous projects under development in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain.
