BDO advised NorthEdge Capital on their majority investment in Abbey Logistics Group, to support an MBO led by CEO Steve Granite.
Abbey is a leading UK bulk food logistics business with revenues in excess of £55m and employs 450 staff across nine operating sites. With NorthEdge as an investment partner the business is set to continue both organic and acquisitive growth over the coming years.
