Thesis operates primarily as Thesis Unit Trust Management Limited (“Tutman”), a market leading Host Authorised Fund Manager (""AFM""). The Group was backed by Ventiga Capital Partners and J Leon in 2017. Since investment, Tutman has grown to manage over 170 funds with £40bn of assets. Through its ‘open-architecture’ model the group can offer bespoke and flexible solutions to its fund investors. 
 
Thesis has agreed to acquire Everlyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited (“EPFSL”). EPFSL provides host AFM and fund administration services with over £10bn assets under governance. This investment in EPFSL provides Thesis with additional scale and service diversification while establishing the combined business as the second largest host AFM in the UK.
 
BDO Debt Advisory advised Thesis in raising facilities to refinance existing debt and provide additional liquidity to support the acquisition of EFPSL. This was the third Ventiga portfolio company BDO have supported in raising finance over the last 12 months.
