Refinancing of It's All Good Limited

BDO provided financial due diligence to support the refinancing of It's All Good Limited, with a debt package provided by Allied Irish Bank.

It's All Good manufactures own-label tortilla chips and snacks for UK retailers, as well as its own premium tortilla chip snack Manomasa. It was estalished in 2012, employs more than 200 staff and operates from a production facility in Gateshead. The refinance package provided by Allied Irish Bank supports IAG's growth strategy to exand capacity and provide a platform for developing new product lines.
