The BDO M&A team based in Manchester advised Pexion Limited on its sale of subsidiary Beldam Crossley Limited (“BCL”) to Swedish industrial group, Indutrade.

BCL works alongside global OEMs and end users to provide solutions in complex engineering environments within the Power Generation, Aerospace, Defence and Oil and Gas sectors, developing a portfolio of market leading proprietary products.
Indutrade is a listed global industrial group focused on niche engineered products. This acquisition is the fourth deal this year by the highly active Swedish group.
