The BDO M&A team has recently advised the shareholders of North Devon Electronics Limited, a manufacturer of electromagnetic coils, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Goonvean Holdings Limited. NDE is one of the UK's largest and most successful coil winding companies, they manufacture quality customised components to diverse markets including automotive, aeronautical, scientific, general manufacturing and many others. The acquisition will increase the Goonvean group to 5 companies, offering a range of manufacturing services to a huge range of industries.
