BDO advised Hill & Smith PLC, a Midlands headquartered FTSE 250 listed group, on the disposal of Parking Facilities Limited which was deemed non-core to the Group’s strategic interests for the future.
Parking Facilities, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial gates, barriers and pedestrian turnstiles, was successfully acquired by Stretton Investments following a structured sale process.
The Company’s products serve multiple end markets, for any site where vehicle or pedestrian access control is required.
