Sale of Searcy's to Westbury Street Holdings

BDO advised the shareholders of Searcy’s, the high end restaurant, bar and catering group, to Westbury Street Holdings.  Searcy’s, as well as providing catering services at Blenheim Palace, The Barbican Centre and a number of prestigious venues across the UK, also operates the club and restaurants at the top of the Gherkin in London, the St Pancras Grand Restaurant and its sister champagne bar - believed to be Europe’s longest - as well as a number of champagne bars across London.

WSH was attracted to the iconic venues from which Searcy’s trades, its over 150 year brand heritage and the capabilities of its management team at the top end of the catering market.
