BDO provided vendor due diligence in relation to the sale of SIS LIVE by Sports Information Services to NEP Group, a Pennsylvania-based provider of tele production services backed by The Carlyle Group. The acquisition complements NEP’s Broadcast Services and Media Solutions businesses, strengthening the Company’s support of live sports, broadcast and entertainment across the UK.
