BDO names new National Head of Professional Services

Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has named Andrew Radford as its new National Head of Professional Services.

Andrew has more than 15 years’ experience working across the professional services sector, takes over the role from Nick Carter-Pegg, who will remain a partner within BDO’s professional services team.

In his new position, Andrew will continue to work alongside a range of professional services organisations including those in the legal, accountancy, consulting and executive search sectors.

Since joining BDO in 2004, Andrew has worked with a variety of global and domestic professional services as well as a large number of private equity backed businesses and those listed on the main market and AIM.

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of Head of Professional Services. I would like to thank Nick for all the work he has done over the last 15 years to develop a knowledgeable and high performing team of over 180 people across our audit, tax and advisory practices.

“My aim is to continue to build on this work, maintaining BDO’s reputation as experts in this sector and working closely with the ambitious and dynamic businesses across the sector to offer trusted assurance, advice and guidance.”

Nick Carter-Pegg, partner said: “I’ve taken much pride in holding this position for the last 15 years and helping to grow our fantastic team of individuals.
