Adam Frais

Adam advises both investors and management teams on buy-ins, buy-outs, restructurings and exits. Many of his clients are private equity funds. He also has a portfolio of UK and international clients, many of whom are private equity backed. Adam specialises in advising private equity houses on fund structuring and transactions where he advises investors on buy-ins, buy-outs, restructurings and exits.

He heads up BDO’s private equity tax team and is also a member of the BVCA tax committee. He acts for several private equity houses in the UK mid-market and also has a portfolio of UK and international corporate clients, many of whom are private equity backed. He heads up BDO’s Corporate and M&A tax team and is also a member of the BVCA tax committee.
