Adam is a highly experienced Managing Director in our advisory team and has a wealth of experience as an M&A adviser focused on the corporate mid-market. He has over 25 years’ experience of transacting sales mandates, acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity and debt fund raising and solvent restructuring.

Adam has worked across numerous sectors but with specific experience in financial services and he leads the national M&A focus on the insurance sector. He has led many high-profile insurance transactions and he specialises in working with brokers, intermediaries and distribution businesses as well as service providers to the wider insurance industry
