Alex heads BDO's Corporate Intelligence team and is a specialist in this field of some 30 years' standing.

His work has spanned over 175 jurisdictions and most significant industry sectors, and he has broadly equal experience in each of the key categories of international investigations which fall under the Corporate Intelligence banner, namely:

• Integrity Due Diligence investigations of potential key business partners, whether these be in the context of acquisitions, JVs, strategic partnerships, supply chain relationships, the extension of large credit lines, or the hiring of senior personnel
• Sector-focused Country Risk Analysis, for clients entering new markets
• Investigations of fraud, corruption, money laundering, large-scale tax evasion, illicit asset stripping and similar malfeasance
