Alistair is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with over 16 years experience in resolving UK tax disputes. Alistair's clients include high net worth individuals, owner managed businesses, trusts and large corporates. He helps clients with voluntary disclosures to HMRC as well as large and complex HMRC investigations including under Code of Practice 8 and 9.

Alistair has extensive experience helping clients and their professional advisors navigate HMRC investigations, including advising on powers, procedures and penalties.

Alistair has a particular specialism in helping clients in football and the wider the professional sports industry - helping clubs, players and agents resolve tax disputes including in relation to agents fees and image rights.
