Andrew Howson

Andrew is a Partner in the Transaction Services team in London specialising in private equity, supporting both PE houses and portfolio companies across the transaction life cycle. He has worked across multiple sectors with particular focus on business services.

Prior to joining BDO in 2017, Andrew held senior positions at EY having previously been at Andersen/Deloitte. He has been advising on transactions for 20 years with extensive cross-border experience.
