Brad is a tax partner in the technology and media team based in London.

Brad has more than twenty years of experience of providing corporation tax advice to clients. Brad has worked on a wide variety of clients including many large multinational and UK based groups.

Brad also has extensive transaction experience, working with corporates and private equity on all aspects of the transaction lifecycle, including tax due diligence, structuring and contract review.
