I lead the regional West and Wales Employment Tax team at BDO, as well as being the National Employment Tax leader for Not for Profit clients. 

I have over 45 years of experience in Employment Tax, including a wide range of employment tax advice in all aspects of employer compliance and employment tax risk, advising large and small organisations within the public and private sector. This includes assisting clients to comply with National Minimum Wage requirements, and dealing with HMRC PAYE compliance reviews.
