With over 20 years of accounting and audit experience, I am a Business Services & Outsourcing Principal providing specialist assurance services to the Property Management industry.

Over the last 15 years, I have helped shape the industry in terms of regulation and the role of the independent accountant. By investing in dedicated specialists, cutting-edge technology and off-shore teams, I have been able to work in partnership with my clients to add real value (e.g. workflow management, real time reporting and valuable management information/data).

I take strategic leadership for our digital agenda which includes our industry leading software eMOS IV and I am also our technical lead.

I have specialist expertise in three distinct areas:

• Independent reviews of service charges
• Assignments requiring a report of factual findings (agreed-upon-procedures)
• Managing and transitioning large scale projects through technology and offshore teams
