Craig Martin

I lead BDO’s Transaction Services team in Scotland, and I am passionate about helping UK and international clients and their advisers with sell side, buy side and refinancing diligence on transactions across Scotland, the UK and globally.

I have been involved in Deal Advisory for nearly 25 years, have worked on many transactions and use my experience to help a mix of mid-market PE and corporates to create and then realise value. I really enjoy collaborating with the wider business at BDO to deliver integrated sell side or buy side support to many of my clients.

Whilst I enjoy working across a number of sectors, I focus on real estate, support services and IT services in particular.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and particularly on holidays. I balance that with the ups and downs of following my football team, coupled with a passion for sport more generally
