Craig Wilson

I am a Director in the Debt Advisory team in London and lead our focus on the Real Estate sector.

I work with clients to arrange the optimal debt financing structures to fund the acquisition, refinance or development of all types of real estate assets.

I joined BDO in 2023 following four years as a Partner at Knight Frank Capital Advisory. Prior to Knight Frank, I was a principal real estate lender for over 17 years at Barclays Corporate, Metro Bank and OakNorth Bank.

My experience covers a wide range of geographies, including the UK and mainland Europe. It also covers all mainstream real estate sectors and several specialist industry sectors across both investment transactions and development projects.

Outside of work I'm a keen sportsman, with a particular passion for road cycling and running.
