Damon Ambrosini

Damon is the lead practitioner for BDO's London based US tax practice. His areas of practice cover all forms of asset management with a particular focus on transaction support, structuring, compliance and withholding from a US tax perspective. 

He has operated in the London market for nearly 20 years and his client base has had a focus on private equity, venture capital, traditional, hedge, real asset and debt funds in all forms. In addition, he has helped a number of UK companies expand into the US market with choice of entity, capital structure and strategic planning.
