A Deal Advisory partner for 10 years, I am based in London and lead the Transaction Services team. I have been helping my clients to do better deals since 1998.  

I like to collaborate with entrepreneurs, private equity investors, and companies to maximise value as they navigate their growth strategies through M&A and fundraising. I specialise in financial due diligence and have experience of 100s of transactions, with a particular focus on technology businesses.  

Having spent a year as a private equity investor, I know what it is like to be the one commissioning advice and making the decisions. This experience puts me in an excellent position to understand what makes a difference to a transaction and how I can add value. I enjoy taking a bespoke approach to every client and every project and am energised when I see the difference that I make. 

And there is nothing like seeing a client succeed. An example of this is a data insights business that I was introduced to by an audit colleague over 10 years ago. We enjoyed planning for a private equity investment, working out the value drivers and the information that would been needed to evidence them and shaping the story of the business; I have since helped them to raise private equity and make a transformational acquisition.  

I am proud to collaborate with a team of bright, fun, caring and tenacious people and they inspire me every day. Outside of work, I struggle getting the same level of inspiration or productivity from a couple of colonies of bees, but they have taught be to be mindful and patient, and they are the perfect example of what a team can achieve when everyone plays their part.
