Dougie Hunter

Dougie has worked in corporate finance since 2005 and has significant experience in most aspects, including financial due diligence, capital markets, valuations, restructuring and M&A whilst also having experience of completing a number of forensic investigations and pension covenant reviews.

He specialises in the UK mid-market and has extensive cross-border experience having acted for purchasers throughout Europe, the Middle East, SE Asia and the US.

Dougie graduated from the University of Edinburgh and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
