Duncan is Head of Financial Services in the M&A team. He is a corporate finance specialist advising entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity with a focus on the financial services sector. He covers specialty finance (leasing, consumer and SME lending etc), small/mid-sized banks, as well as wealth management and capital markets businesses. He works on a variety of full and minority sales, capital raises, as well as offering buy-side advice.
