Ed Green-Wilkinson

I specialise in Retail and Hospitality & Leisure, particularly in the Food & Drink sector.  I also have experience in the Betting & Gaming sector.

I lead the audits of many UK and international businesses who have strong brands (including franchise models) and are looking to grow their businesses with a focus on change and transformation and improving their financial reporting.

I have worked with private, PE backed and listed businesses as they complete financing and shareholder transactions, restructuring and IPOs.  This has required a range of special assurance engagements and due diligence assignments.

I enjoy travel and working closely with colleagues across BDO's international network and spent a year working with the BDO Los Angeles office.

Maintaining balance in my working life is important to me and I enjoy attempting to reignite my more active past with my wife and two sons to support my love of food & drink.
