Ed Higgs

Ed has been leading Valuation projects since 1999 and has wide experience valuing companies, businesses, intangible assets, shares, debt, options and other financial instruments for various reasons. Ed specialises in valuing assets for UK and overseas tax and providing regular valuations of assets held by funds. He also carries out valuations for commercial, accounting, dispute and restructuring purposes.

He has led valuation projects across a wide variety of different industry sectors including a large number of Private Equity transactions. Ed is a chartered accountant (ACA, ICAEW) and spent three years working in corporate tax before commencing his valuations career.
