Gary Harding

Gary is an Assurance and Advisory partner based in our Manchester office with extensive experience in auditing and advising both public and private companies. He is highly experienced in handling complex listed and fast growth private equity backed and entrepreneurial businesses through all stages of the business cycle – from start-up, through to exit and IPO.

Gary is also experienced in working across a wide range of international regions including Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. He has particular expertise in dealing with multinational businesses requiring US GAAP, US GAAS and IFRS. He acts for a wide range of organisations across a range of industries but particular sector focus has been manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, retail, real estate and construction and transport and logistics.
