Graham Ellis

Graham is an Audit Partner based in Liverpool but operating on audit engagements across the North West. Graham prides himself on providing exceptional service with a personable approach, and has 17 years’ experience in auditing and advising both public and private companies. He is highly experienced in working with entrepreneurial businesses during all stages of the business cycle – from start-up through to exit or IPO. In 2021 alone Graham supported two audited entities through the IPO process, working alongside our corporate finance teams to support the reporting accountant workstreams.

Manufacturing is a key sector at BDO and Graham leads the North West team of advisers, which contains individuals across a number of our service lines. Graham produces a regular manufacturing blog that can be seen on LinkedIn.

Graham has wider experience on projects including due diligence, IPO exercises (both client side and reporting accountant side), finance transformation advisory work and GAAP conversions.
