Graham Elsworth

Graham joined BDO at the end of January 2005 to lead our Transaction Services team in Birmingham. Having developed and expanded our transaction support offering to include institutional due diligence for the PE community and vendor initiated due diligence, his current focus is on winning and delivering international corporate assignments and delivering exceptional client service on executing cross border mid-market deals for multinational corporates and US based PE houses.

Graham was appointed as UK Head of Transaction Services in May 2008, a position he relinquished in May 2013 when he was asked to head our Global Transaction Services team.

Graham routinely visits the US and Europe and understands the many differences in the approach to M&A transactions and undertaking due diligence across the world.
