Ian Bingham

Ian is a North West Tax Partner and was previously the Head of Tax having been in that role since the firm merged with PKF in 2013. His portfolio of clients include large owner managed businesses and private clients.  With his wealth of tax experience he can provide commercially focused tax advice in an easy to understand manner and deliver effective tax solutions. He has advised a broad range of businesses from owner-managed companies to large corporate groups. He also provides tax advice to both vendors and purchasers on a wide range of corporate transactions. Ian is also experienced in advising trading businesses establishing Employee Ownership Trusts and is a keen advocate of employee ownership.
