Ian Cooper

Ian is a partner in the Transaction Services team in the London office. Ian specialises in London Stock Exchange and AIM transactions and in acquisitions due diligence for corporate and private equity buyers. Ian has extensive cross-border experience throughout the world, and led the corporate finance team on the largest assignment undertaken by the UK firm, a £5bn flotation of a multi-territorial business on the full list of the London Stock Exchange.

Ian joined the corporate finance team at BDO in 1998, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Moores Rowland. Ian has a degree in Accountancy.
