Jo Gilbey

I am a BDO Partner leading the delivery of non-audit services to many of BDO's largest FTSE, AIM and other listed groups. A key element of this is co-ordinating the services of BDO specialists in the UK and our strong international network. I have a particular focus on Public Interest Entities and Other Entities of Public Interest, where there is a heavy emphasis on regulation, governance and reputation.

By background I am a tax partner with over 30 years' experience in the provision of tax advice. In the increasingly complex and public global tax arena, my role is to coordinate the provision of specialist tax input into my clients’ operations and transactions. This ranges from strategy to compliance, tax modelling, cross-border structuring, transfer pricing and tax risk/governance.

My aim is to understand my clients’ challenges and objectives through a close professional relationship so that I can bring together a coordinated team for seamless and exceptional client service across all non-audit services.
